1) 列出多年生及一年生花朵各六種,它們必須是適合插花的。

2) 列出三種適合室內插花,而盛開於春天或初夏的花朵。

3) 列出三種如果根部給切去不能保存的花,及三種可以保存的花。

4) 列出及示範六種有關剪裁和保養花葉的知識,包括何時剪、如何剪及如何保存等。

5) 知道對於玫瑰、劍蘭及天竺牡丹,我們應在甚麼階段剪下來用。

6) 列出三種關於花與花瓶的配搭,及房間與家俱擺設的配搭的知識。

7) 了解插花中有關光與影、大花與小花、全開與半開花朵的配搭。

8) 運用真花或絲花,於下列各項中製作出有關插花︰

a) 餐桌擺設
b) 家居擺設
c) 公開擺設

9) 認識可用作插花的野花,並了解其配搭。
