(1)Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse (Full time or Part time or Long night)

註冊護士/登記護士(全職或兼職或長夜)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for nursing care services, establishing and implementing care plans

• Arrange medical appointment for residents, responsible for drug management, doctor's visits and management of relevant records

  
  

• Responsible for daily operations and supervise frontline staff

  
  

• Demonstrate competency in general routines and ensure efficiency and prompt services provided

  
  

• Ensure good resident care in the care home

  
  

• Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve and follow through quality / service issues

  *

• Provide wholistic care and monitor residents’ response to treatment / care and report changes in residents’ condition

  
  

• Provide good and accurate documentation related to medical record

  
  

• Provide health care education to residents and their relatives

  
  

• Follow residential care home policy and Centre of Health Protection guidelines to implement infection control measures

  
  

• Follow the rules and guidelines on occupational safety and health laid down by residential care home

  
  

• Implement safety work for maintaining safe practice

  
  

• Maintain good communication with doctor, residents and relatives

  
  

• Perform other duties assigned

  
  

• Shift duty with night duty occasionally is required

Requirements:

• Holder of Certificate of Registration with valid practicing certificate issued bythe Nursing Council of Hong Kong

•  Demonstrate competency in nursing care & special skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fair Mandarin will be an advantage

• Familiar with computer word processing

• Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fresh graduate will also be considered

(2) 初級保健員(全職或兼職)

職責:

• 負責照顧長者日常起居飲食護理之工作包括派藥、餵食、如廁、洗澡

• 執行護理照顧計劃

• 負責藥物管理及就醫安排

• 須輪班當值及偶爾夜更

• 薪酬:按認可年資

資歷:

• 
中四程度或以上，須持有有效保健員執業證明和急救證書

• 能操流利廣東話與英語，熟悉電腦文書處理

  
  

• 具團隊合作精神、良好溝通及獨立工作能力

• 歡迎應屆畢業生

(3) 夜更保健員(全職或兼職)

職責:

• 負責照顧住客日常起居飲食護理之工作包括派藥、餵食、如廁、洗澡

• 執行護理照顧計劃


• 負責藥物管理及就醫安排


• 須輪班值夜

• 薪酬:按認可年資

資歷:

• 中四程度或以上，須持有有效保健員執業證明和急救證書

• 能操流利廣東話與英語，熟悉電腦文書處理

• 具團隊合作精神、良好溝通及獨立工作能力

For full time positions, 44 working hours per week and shift rotating is required and night shift if necessary.
