FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR
Job Requirements:
High Diploma or above in catering management or related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in management level
Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Responsible, proactive and accountable
Key Job Responsibilities:
To develop and sustain the service of school cafeteria in an innovative way in terms of
menu design, food service and customer experience.
To supervise and direct meal planning, meal preparation and service.
To dedicate to provide regular, healthful, well-balanced meals for students, dormitory
students, visitors, and guests of school events, within the guidelines of a Seventh-day
Adventist health philosophy.
To submit budgetary requirements and regular reports on the status of the food services.
To manage and maintain a regular inventory of food service equipment and supplies.
